The scripts are known to work on Linux/UNIX and Windows with Cygwin (works, but is very slow) they should also run fine on Mac OS X (untested).Don’t just blindly remove the files that are reported in OUT_FILE, move them away and check your ROM state again before you finally remove them :)!.(respectively) are ignored by most scripts, but check_for_invalid_files will find them.
